Heartbroken to hear about Lauren Hammond’s passing. She was a friend, mentor & incredible leader. When I ran CA Women Lead she was my first board president. She just texted me a week ago with words of encouragement. I will miss her & send prayers to all who loved her.

.Southwest Airlines daughter stuck in OAK due to another Christmas where SWA can’t get their act together & run planes in the west on time. Thought you would get it together this year given last year’s debacle, which impacted our travel. I was wrong. Never have this issue on Delta.

This week I participated in our first info. hearing on retail theft as public safety chair. We heard abt the effects that retail theft is having on our communities, retailers, as well as possible solutions. I’m committed to tackling this & putting fwd balanced leg in early 2024!
