Some lessons from the Coronavirus so far.

1. Inequities are everywhere in our society. Most of them are structurally designed.

2. There was always enough money. Political will was the barrier.

3. Some will take responsibility, and seek to learn from this. And some will not.

Many of you know that I have been pursuing a faculty job in academia for the last couple of years. Those efforts have been unsuccessful. I've had a few phone interviews, but unfortunately nothing beyond that.
