In Europe, there are two difficulties when it comes to regulating technology in democratic spaces which the next EC and EP must address, according to Arancha González: 1) lack of definitions for the information spaces, and 2) issues of competitiveness.

Marie-Doha Besancenot of NATO said: 'Our approach at NATO is based on risks. It is a big exercise of collective thinking. And on the risk assessment, disinformation is ranking very high.'

Talking about his time at Sciences Po, and studying in an international environment the PM of Norway, Jonas Gahr Støre reflected: “I discovered my country for the second time. There were qualities in Norway that I did not recognise until seeing it from the outside.”

Moving on to talking about the importance of the Arctic, Jonas Gahr Støre said: 'Climate change has the biggest impact on the Arctic. There is more change here and more methane being released by melting. (...) The Arctic matters for climate, knowledge, and action.'
In his keynote speech, Jonas Gahr Støre addressed NO-RU relations. 'Norway has the approach of ‘high north, no tension’. We have lived peacefully with our neighbour, but it is an unstable time to be neighbours with Russia. We are served by two factors: Reassurance and dignity.'
