The whole experience was excellent from being assisted by a porter PES_UHMBT and the professional medical staff in the operating theatre Operating Theatres at RLI I was very well looked after- the cup of tea and toast after the procedure was a welcome and unexpected bonus!!

Nothing could have been managed any better. From the paramedics, trauma team, doctors, nurses on Hugget ward & all therapists involved not forgetting the cheery helpful porters, in fact everyone we came into contact with.
