On a brighter note, it was great to welcome Martin Chamberlain back to Faculty of Law yesterday, in the glorious Oxford sunshine!

He gave a talk on the use of CMPs in civil proceedings, drawing on his experience as an advocate and judge involved in them.

Great to be at Faculty of Law for Timothy Endicott’s Inaugural Lecture as Vinerian Professor of English Law - a Chair first held by Blackstone in 1758.
