This is Jason (aged 13) 🎻 Jason has been learning cello for 2 years. His cello was donated by Clara Rundell, and belonged to her grandfather. With the help of Kelly Burke, who repaired the 110yo cello, the cello is now in Jason's capable hands - 'I love how it bellows' 🧡

This is Darrah 😎 Darrah is 6 and plays the clarinet. She has a big sister + 2 big brothers and her favourite thing is 'naps'. Darrah is very cool (everyone at OMF agrees). She says 'bring your music to lessons + practice everyday, and maybe one day you can be as cool as me' 👊

Hello everyone 👋 from our youngest OMF musician, 5-year old Celestine. As well as being a brilliant cellist, Celestine has a beautiful singing voice - here she is singing a hello song which she has learnt with her teacher @cellovirr. We hope it brings sunshine to your day ☀️

This is OMF's luthier Kelly Burke. Over the last 2 years, Kelly has been lovingly repairing our OMF student instruments - 30+ violins and most recently, 4 lovely cellos. It's magical seeing these instruments being given a 2nd life and put into the hands of our young musicians 🪄
