Our Forget Me Notts cohort enjoy weekly sessions at Edwalton Golf Club to stay active.

It took them a few attempts to pick up the pace of the greens this week...but got there in the end! 📹⛳

Forget Me Notts is a support network for people living with dementia and their carers.

It was a privilege to welcome a group from Our Dementia Choir with Vicky McClure to Trent Bridge yesterday.

We gave them the full Forget Me Notts experience, with bingo, seated exercise and a carers group discussion!

Hopefully we can join together again in the future 😀

We are proud to work in partnership with Cotgrave Community Garden on our Wellbeing Garden Programme, and through Positive Futures.

They are raising funds to enable them to host more community activities and educational sessions.
