Extreme Republicans have raised internet costs for American families by failing to extend the Affordable Connectivity Program. Over 114,000 households in #TX34 will lose $41M in ACP benefits. House Republicans must take action NOW and join Democrats to save this essential program.

Republicans must join Democrats to save the Affordable Connectivity Program. 

As of January 2024, the ACP has provided essential connectivity to 67,000 households in the #FightingFifth . Families are at risk of losing broadband access, and we can’t let that happen.

Yesterday, New Dems welcomed stakeholders to a Mental Health Awareness Month roundtable to discuss challenges & solutions to addressing the nation’s mental health crisis, with a focus on issues regarding substance use, youth & families, Veterans, and the mental health workforce.

On Wednesday, the New Dem Trade Task Force held a meeting on nearshoring the semiconductor supply chain.

Members and stakeholders discussed Congress's role in bringing manufacturing and the supply chain to closer regional hubs and improving U.S. global competitiveness.
