The solar eclipse will begin today at 2:10PM. The optimum time to see the eclipse is 3:25PM, when 90% of the sun will be covered by the moon. Don’t look at the eclipse without the proper eye protection, as modeled here by myself and NYCDOE District 25 Superintendent Dr. Mike Dantona.
