Developers want to put TWO 15-storey towers at Old Oak Wharf, wrecking an area known for its 2-storey Victorian cottages. This plan breaks OPDC Local Plan rules calling for no more than 6-8 storey builds along the canal. Say NO to this outrageous idea!
