In December, Nora who runs a CBO in , Garsen constituency, Tana Delta called #HerStoryMakersGirlsInitiative reached out and asked for our support to enable her support the girls who had been affected by floods and couldn't access menstrual materials.

Our Mashujaa day celebrations with candidates of Esibembe Primary School.

We encouraged the candidates, reminded them that their background matters not and that their efforts in life is what will set them apart.

We shared our dignity pack with them and wished them well.

I'm exhausted but my heart is full.

I may be tired, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

The exhaustion is worth it when the happiness is genuine. Especially from recipients.

I arrived and started packing the packs, he requested if he can assist and then he pulled a chair and he packed all 55packs for the boys.

In todays episode about labor

Today, our package as we had prayed for the boys and girls consisted of;

1 Clipboard
1 geometrical set
2 pencils
1 bar soap
And three packets of pads for the girls.

Today I am back, flagged with my team and my people to do nothing else other than encourage and support the candidates as they look to seat their exams in a weeks time.
