Social security should be the safety net to catch any of us when we need. Sometimes it’s needed long term, others temporary, bringing value to all of us.

Creating a culture of fear, stigma & shame, alongside villainising those who need support is the antithesis of this.

This important report reveals that millions of people across the UK who are missing out on money that they are entitled to.

Last year CABs unlocked £142 million for people in Scotland, those who saw a gain were on average £3,700 better off.

Advice can change lives.
