Congratulations to MFA faculty member and author Naeem Murr who has received a Pushcart Prize for his short story, 'Sorrow Corner,' published last summer in The Missouri Review.
Last weekend, after a slew of rejections, I was feeling pretty defeated. Then I got an email saying I won a The Pushcart Prize for my story 'Dead Animals.' You just never know what's ahead. Thank you The Missouri Review for the nomination and congrats to Julia and Naeem, too. 🥰
Huzzahs to Julia B. Levine, Becky Mandelbaum, and Naeem Mur! And be sure to check out our newsletter for a brand-new BLAST and more: mailchi.mp/moreview.com/t…
