A compelling case for rendering locked wards across Vic, Qld & the ACT an unlawful breach of human rights.

The law requires:

- a rational connection (e.g. evidence) btw the purpose (e.g. safety) & the measure (e.g. Locked Wards).
- it is the least restrictive option (its not).
