2 ways it can happen.
Learned about this during a discussion with Andrew Sanchez M.D. on VMR.
1. Leakage phenomena: In Hashimoto's -thyroid cell inflammation/destruction can cause therelease of thyroid hormone causing a transient ⬆️thyroid state.
This can last 1-2 mos.
