What a marvel it was witnessing young people represented at the high level table. Listening to their objective feedback from consultations with young people on 🇿🇼's progress towards implementation of the ICPD commitments was pleasing. This is what the young people want-

Without a doubt, YPNSRHHA is the largest network in Zimbabwe. It boasts diverse representation, extensive coverage, and access to platforms. No other group in Zimbabwe has championed the health and wellbeing of young people more than YPNSRHHA

Support from UNFPA Zimbabwe & NAC Zimbabwe enabled 21 YPNSRHHA members to participate in the ICPD High-Level Meeting. Luckmore Benson Pamhidzai highlighted the necessity for govt to earmark funds for SRHR and tackling challenges that impede young people's access to healthcare.

Yesterday's High-Level Meeting on #ICPD30 & the 2024 SWOP launch was a pivotal moment for youth advocacy. Sharing insights & standing alongside esteemed leaders, we pushed for genuine youth engagement. Let's move beyond tokenism to meaningful action. Thank you UNFPA Zimbabwe
