Kremlin is desperately trying to find a 'Ukrainian trace' in the horrific terrorist attack in Moscow. For some reason, this reminds of a different 'footprint' 25 years ago, when apartment bombings across Russia sparked the second Chechen war and then Putin consolidated power.

The facts. The terrorist act in Moscow claimed more than 80 victims, including children. 2 weeks ago #US warned of a possible attack, provided information to #Russia , urged to avoid big gatherings. #ISIS claimed responsibility for the killings. The question is why now?

#Russia attacked Kyiv yesterday without any scruples. Therefore, ‘advice’ to Ukrainians to refrain from targeting some objects in Russia seems, to put it mildly, out of place. #Ukraine has every right, and even an obligation, to consider all targets in Russia as legitimate.
