World Health Organization (WHO) Hans Kluge paid a visit to #Nagorno -Karabakh fuel depot explosion, as well as Azerbaijani aggression victim children. He learned about the needs and the state of the injured, 2 of whom were in a critical state with gunshot wounds. Thankfully, both of them are now stable.

8 days Lachin corridor is closed by #Az and people of Nagorno Karabakh are stuck on the roads in the cold, families are finding themselves in different sides of the blockade. Citizens with serious health problems are deprived of medicine and health service.

Late last night, I had a conversation with Hans Kluge , World Health Organization (WHO) Regional Director for Europe, and briefed him about the humanitarian crisis unfolding in #Artsakh . I am in constant contact with Mr. Kluge and updating him about the situation regularly.

❗It pains me to announce that a 44-year-old man has died due to #Azerbaijan 's blockade of #Artsakh .
All people have the right to receive timely medical care; every minute counts in an emergency.🔴Number of patients in critical condition can't receive the lifesaving medical care.

By blocking the #Lachin corridor over 120.000 kids,elderly, women&men are deprived from vital access to Armenia and rest of the world. 2nd day of yet another challenge to the #Artsakhi People, facing existential treat. International community’s urgent&targeted reaction is a must!
