This very sad but iconic picture was the sunset vigil held at Camp Bastion, for Marine Nigel Dean Mead, aged just 19, who was killed in action in Helmand Province, Afghanistan, 13 years ago on 15th May.

Nigel’s funeral, which was held at St Peter’s Church, brought Carmarthen to a standstill and the church was packed with more than 500 people and hundreds more mourners spilled out into the street 😢💔
