If there is one thing that *should* be able to unite people of all political persuasions, it’s this: This legislation is bonkers.

The First Amendment protects disgusting speech. I understand the impulse to ignore that when it’s politically inconvenient. It’s still wrong.

The First Amendment should never be undermined and we should never give up our rights.

The Antisemitism Awareness Act is BS. Kat Timpf is right.

The establishment is down to two solutions, solutions it offers to every problem:

Send money & limit speech

“Congress shall make no law…abridging the freedom of speech…”

The House of Representatives voted 320-91 yesterday to enshrine in law that certain viewpoints are antisemitic.

Colleges that fail to adopt its definition of antisemitism risk their federal funding.

This is the gov't identifying specific ideas as off-limits.
