An overwhelmingly positive response to our ‘Diamonds in the Rough’ 🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍⚧️ tour, originally developed for Jewellery Quarter Cemeteries Project and done for Student EDI. 1S have been exploring Alfred Bird and the history of Birds Custard. Today we visited his final resting place in Key Hill Cemetery in Birmingham & left some of our own handmade memorials for him. We have loved learning about this famous chemist, industrialist & inventor!
