An invasion of Rafah would bring suffering and death to the more than one million Palestinians trapped there and jeopardize the return of the hostages. The U.S. must not be complicit, and President Biden is right to hold Netanyahu accountable.

The United States has a clear obligation to stop the massacre of innocent civilians.

This is the right and just thing for President Biden to do.

.President Biden has long warned PM Netanyahu that invading Rafah would be a 'red line” — it would result in untold civilian death & destruction, and undermine our efforts to return the hostages.

I applaud him for making clear today that the U.S. will not be complicit in this suffering.

Important step in the right direction by President Biden to halt the shipment of bombs to Israel.

Netanyahu must stop bombing Gaza and stop the invasion of Rafah. The U.S. needs to keep pushing for a ceasefire, the return of hostages, and more life-saving aid.

I commend President Biden for publicly stating that the U.S. will not supply Israel with weapons if they launch a full-scale invasion of Rafah that hits the population centers.
