My take:

1️⃣ Don’t block the cystic🚫

2️⃣ Can’t save it? Stent it 👨‍🏫

3️⃣ TP or EUS?👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️choice

Low-joining cystic duct can be a nuisance when placing a covered biliary SEMS w GB in situ

If cystic duct opening blocked by stent, ⬆️risk of Acute Cholecystitis

Maybe reasonable to cannulate the cystic and place a GB stent before placing FCSEMS
