In 2023, all 38 OECD âĄïž Better Policies for Better Lives members achieved higher #HDI scores compared to their levels in 2019, but 18 out of 35 LDCs that experienced a decline in #HumanDevelopment Index in 2020 or 2021 have not yet recovered to their pre-pandemic levels.
