Researchers at SQMS have co-developed w/ rigetti a prototype 9-qubits processor w/ qubit surface encapsulation and cross-resonance gates, that will potentially surpass the current state of the art in QPUs performance. The QPU is being installed in the Quantum Garage @fermilab.
