Last night, officers helped escort several wind turbine blades through the city. Due to the length of the blades, this was considered a CMV super load. Officers assisted to help ensure the safety of vehs., pedestrians, and city infrastructure, and were successful in doing so.

There’s a water main break in the 200 block of Osiander St. Crews are on-site and estimating a 8:00 p.m. restoration time.

Sounds like the scammers have been active this morning. Just a reminder, you can’t wire money, buy gift cards, etc to have a warrant just disappear. Not always, but most of the time you probably know if you have a legitimate warrant too.

While our officer is trying to stop you for going 44mph over the speed limit (84/40), and then you accelerate from a red light to 24 mph over the speed limit (79/55), you will receive a summons and have your car towed. This type of dangerous driving puts innocent lives at risk.
