Today, on the first Sunday of Advent, we pray that by treasuring each other and our common home, we may stand ready at the door for the hour of our Master’s return.

Today is the First Sunday of Advent! As we enter this new liturgical season, we reflect upon all the promises that God made in the Old Testament that were fulfilled by Jesus' birth. This week we are reminded of the hope that Jesus brings to each and every one of us.
