🌬 Ocean Winds, an ENGIE JV dedicated to offshore wind, awarded 1.3 GW of new offshore wind project in Australia.

The Australian Government has granted Ocean Winds with exclusive development rights during the first ever offshore wind tender in the country. ⤵️

ENGIE General Shareholders’ Meeting was held on 30 April 2024 at the Dock Pullman in Aubervilliers (93), under the chairmanship of Jean-Pierre Clamadieu.
With a quorum of 72,4 %, the Shareholders’ Meeting approved all resolutions.
