At the 2012 EIGConference I won an Estwing hammer donated by Eddie Bailey from Aggregate Industries. At the time I said I would hold it for whichever of my 3 children showed an interest in geology. Today the hammer was given to my youngest child (aged 1 when I won it).

Extractive Industry Geology conference #EIGExeter2022 is back with a bang! Day 1 was a huge success, with fantastic presentations, the best trade exhibition & delegates buzzing to be back. The charity raffle raised a record amount! Although the public sector lost at pool later!
