Congrats to Cedar Crest’s Viseth Meng for his 2nd-place finish at the PIAA District 3 Tennis Championships. The junior was not seeded entering the tournament, but defeated the #2 & #3 seed on his way to winning silver. With his runner-up finish, Meng has qualified for States.

CLSD celebrated SCHOOL LUNCH HERO DAY! Between preparing healthy food, adhering to strict nutrition standards, navigating student food allergies, and offering service with a smile, the Food Service teams in our middle and high schools are real School Lunch (and Breakfast) Heroes!

Something I love doing is creating character maps for my students that correspond to the novels we read. When reading three different stories, I need the help, too, sometimes!!!! I think it’s safe to say I try to utilize all the space in my classroom!😁
