Tip for young pitchers (under 18):

Find your fastball identity.

Are you a carry, sink, or cut guy?

If you can master your FB profile and command, you are setting yourself up for long term success.

Everything else works off the fastball.

Nail the basics.

If you can’t sit fastball in a zone and do damage when you get fastball in that zone, you can’t hit.
