Another great day out in Creswell Crags nr Worksop, the only place in England with 'cave art' and also containing homo sapiens and Neanderthal activity. Appreciate the mobility scooter provided by Derbyshire CC to navigate the crags although a second 'tramper' would be fantastic

Great to visit the Derbyshire CC Middleton Top steam engine today. Running on compressed air, enough whirling machinery in proximity to trigger cries of 'I'm scared' from both my kids. Needs a better barrier on the exit door though.
