A huge thanks to EduCAD and Denford Ltd for the comprehensive training on @Rosehill F1 in Schools UK CNC machines. Two intensive days on the CNC milling machine, CNC router and CNC lathe. Lots to learn but lots to enhance our new curriculum and learner experiences!

Finally got round to using the Denford Ltd Router 2600 Pro.
1) Make a secure sacrificial base.
2) Measure the base
3) Create jig on TechSoft_UK_LTD 2D Design
4) Lasercut jig
5) QC - check if it aligns
6) Cut base out of 18mm MDF
7) Etch on Laser
8) Attach
