Agreed w/ a caveat: a simple legal service quality metric is #DeliveredValue . Measured by Effectiveness (customer’s objective achieved?) + Efficiency (at or below agreed budget/price) + Experience (of customer w/provider). Each assessed on 1-5 scale with 3=meets expectations
