The Delaware Court of Chancery will hear oral arguments outside its normal courthouse setting at Delaware Law School on Thursday, Feb. 1. The hearing is scheduled to commence at 1 p.m. in the Ruby R. Vale Moot Courtroom in the Main Law Building at 4601 Concord Pike, Wilmington.
