8/8 I hope you understand the insanity of interfering with Mevalonate production. Statins merely shift blood cholesterol into cells until those cells undergo apoptosis (cell death) YES, it make your 'numbers' look better, you just killed a load of cells to lower your LDL🙄🤣

Dr. Tone MD 🌅 🥩 Tinne Rasmussen When I went from low carb to carnivore, cutting out veggies and fermented foods (yogurt, kimchi, etc), my gut microbiome diversity improved significantly and the issues I had with Oxalate, Bile and Sulfide Oathways completely resolved.

One tip for the young’uns out there in their 30s who have young kids or plan to have kids.

Get yourself healthy now by any means necessary.

I am seeing many people in their 50s and even late 40s who have mounting health problems that might have been preventable.
