Chicago CRED alumnus & staff member Joseph Thomas & CRED Founder Arne Duncan met with IL House Speaker Emanuel 'Chris' Welch to discuss the impact of community violence intervention programs. Joseph shared his personal story of gun violence & now runs a candle-making business.

Daniel Coffee, a clinician and sexual assault advocate, recently led an annual workshop at the Women's Center called 'Only If I Say So.' The workshop aimed to raise awareness about the effects of sexual assault and provide a safe environment for open discussions.
