Thanks to neighbors like Patty Evans in the South Winnetka Heights neighborhood, today was a big win for neighborhood preservation! This will become the 8th conservation district in Oak Cliff and the 18th overall for Dallas. This will be the first new CD in Dallas since 2011.

Pending approval by the WNBA Board of Governors, the Dallas Wings plan to move to a larger arena in Downtown Dallas in 2026. I was proud to vote yes to make the Wings an anchor in our decade-long redevelopment of the Convention Center District.
