I spoke with students & faculty at Cardozo Law School in #NY10 about my work, our democracy, and how critical the next generation of lawyers will be to protecting it.

Robert Chang and Keith Aoki analogize cell walls to borders. Chen’s article is a valuable addition to Chang & Aoki’s thesis. It shows not only how the cell wall screens and excludes racialized foreigners, but also how foreignness and inequality penetrate through the cell wall.
