As we recognize #MentalHealthAwareness Month, we know that many communities, particularly Black and Brown communities, are often misrepresented by the lack of cultural understanding by healthcare providers. Here are a few tips for advocates and activists:
Currently, child care is impossible to find and afford for most of us, causing huge financial and emotional stress. The financial and emotional stress of making low to no wages is hurting our child care providers, 95% of whom are women. #FundChildcare
