Our last day! Community Nursing Colleagues provided an insightful workshop this morning highlighting community nursing services and how they support the patient in their own home. Thanks for coming cadets and good luck with the rest of the RCN Nursing Cadet Scheme!

This morning the cadets have been busy visiting the maternity unit, adult patient wards and shadowing the work of Clinical Nurse Specialists. The afternoon was spent practicing communication skills in an informative workshop with our Mental Health Nurses.

Y bore yma, mae’r cadetiaid wedi bod yn brysur yn ymweld â’r uned famolaeth, wardiau cleifion sy’n oedolion ac yn cysgodi gwaith Nyrsys Clinigol Arbenigol. Treuliwyd y prynhawn yn mwynhau gweithdy addysgiadol gyda’n Nyrsys Iechyd Meddwl.

Excited to welcome our fourth group of RCN Nursing Cadets from Cardiff and Vale College to their observation placement in the UHB!  The cadets will be spending the next three days visiting wards and clinics and meeting with nursing and midwifery colleagues from across the UHB!

Rydym yn edrych ymlaen at groesawu ein pedwerydd grŵp o Gadetiaid Nyrsio’r RCN o Goleg Caerdydd a’r Fro i’w lleoliad arsylwi! Bydd y cadetiaid yn treulio’r tridiau nesaf yn ymweld â wardiau a chlinigau ac yn cyfarfod â chydweithwyr nyrsio a bydwreigiaeth o bob rhan o’r BIP!
