I like the rule generally. You can pull the goalie whenever you want. It's a choice. If you elbow me why should a goal take that infraction away? And I like a couple differences of rules to the NHL.

NCAA Ice Hockey Committee has proposed to nullify the #cawlidgehawkey rule that if you score during a delayed penalty, the penalty is still served. I like that rule. Rule proposals must be approved by the NCAA Playing Rules Oversight Pane in June. I hope they keep it like it is.
