Great to see that @mayoroflondon has announced the first healthcare-targeted #AirPollution alert of its kind in the UK.

London is one of 11 cities taking part in Breathe Cities, an initiative to cut air pollution by 30% by 2030 and prevent nearly 40,000 premature deaths.

Breathe Cities aims to reduce #AirPollution by 30% by 2030 by:

✅Expanding the availability of local air quality data
✅Engaging communities on air pollution
✅Providing technical policy assistance to local governments
✅Sharing learnings between cities
