Government of Rwanda and African Development Bank Group finalized an agreement facilitated by the African Development Fund (ADF) to unlock $200 million in financing. Secured by an ADF guarantee, the funding will support projects in Rwanda in alignment with Rwanda's Environmental Safeguards Framework.

Rwanda and الصندوق الكويتي للتنمية have signed a US$20 million financing agreement to upgrade the Muhanga-Nyange road, a segment of the Muhanga-Nyange-Rambura-Rubengera road network.
