One of my favorite photos I've ever taken from #Eclipse2024 . I've waited 30+ years for totality to drift over Llano County Texas, and while #txwx clouds gave anxiety, in the end, it made it even better.

Earth is perfect & in peril. But sure, let’s colonise the uninhabitable wasteland of Mars to save humanity. Such bollocks. The only reason Musk & Co. are more interested in Mars than in saving Earth is that up there, they will be able to sell you the air you breathe.

Here is a 1st map from the dataset. The overall map looks good and we could overlay with a X-ray structure easily. But, because of the preferred orientation issue, the backbone tracing is not perfect.

Today marks 11 years since my wife Sam passed away waiting for a lung transplant. She campaigned for more donors, and I still carry on her legacy. Sadly, the number of patients that die each year waiting has not changed in a decade! Please talk to your family about your decision
