Following a Project Viability Grant, very pleased The Architectural Heritage Fund has now awarded a Development Grant TrademarkBelfast (part of First Street Coop) as they seek to take on and revive this linen mill on North Howard Street, on a Peaceline, empty for over 15 years.

The final application window of Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities #CommunityOwnershipFund will open on 30 May 2024 and will close on 26 June. No further applications can be submitted to the fund after this date.
