Great to be working with an amazing team on the sportscotland Changing Lives Programme and engaging with passionate people working across the Scottish sport sector on inclusion being core to the delivery of sport. First of four modules done. 👊🏾

The Bicycle Association of Great Britain’s most recent Diversity in the Cycling Industry report shows that not everyone feels safe or included in the workplace and the impact is even greater for some employees. As an industry, the sector needs to do more and this starts with a call to action.
