We’re taking action to protect a vital food source for puffins, kittiwakes and other iconic seabirds. We can do this because of our exit from the EU.

I visited the UK’s largest mainland seabird colony RSPB Bempton Cliffs last week to see some of the species that will benefit.

The latest stats show there now record numbers of doctors and nurses in England’s NHS.

I also want to see improvements to their working lives so they can focus on caring for their patients.

Our apprenticeship system is world-leading.

I'm delighted that 5.8 million people have now used an apprenticeship to launch their career, get promoted or retrain since 2010.
