Generally, Judges in ETs are unbiased and fair but many lawyers believe there are a few judges who are anti-claimant. I have encountered 3 in 20 years.
But real issue is only 1% of discrimination victims sue, and only 5% win, so workplaces don't change

Well done to these brave, persecuted and victimised individuals for speaking up against this gross injustice. Excellent coverage again by Michael Buchanan. Such abhorrent behaviour is condoned, encouraged and promoted in a profession that acts as if beyond challenge and reproach.

It was blatantly obvious Alison, to anyone present or accessing that hearing remotely, that you didn't get anything even approaching fair justice in your original hearing, or indeed what followed. Another brave and integrous whistleblower badly let down by the corrupt ET system.

Brilliant article that pays bare all the absurdity in my whistleblowing case. I think it supports my arguments that I did not get justice.
