Last year James D. Haddad, MD, FACP helped me submit my cases to the 1st US multicenter experience for EUS gastric varix therapy.
Now we've come full circle as I got to proctor him w/out having to touch scope. So proud!

مريض في الستينات من العمر، يعاني من فقدان كبير في الاسنان خاصة بالفك العلوي مع ضمور قوي بمعظم الفك. و كانت مأثرة عليه في المناسبات الاجتماعية، في نفس الوقت مادياً كانت تصعب عليه تغطية العلاج بكل عدد الزرعات المطلوبة
